Role Description The Technical Enablement Strategist (TES) leads the development of technical education solutions for Global Services (GS), partners, and customers. Responsible for global offerings, the TES deploys engaging, hands-on programs to build technical expertise and consulting skills. This role is critical in driving product adoption and increasing customer understanding through dynamic enablement strategies. As a Technical Enablement Strategist II, you will be responsible for: - Elevating GS expertise in technical value selling, consulting, competition, and market landscapes. - Launching global Services foundational programs to enhance technical and certification skills. - Developing enablement strategy and educational offerings for specific GS sub-organizations. - Partnering with corporate education and global standards to improve the GS organization. - Demonstrating leadership by actively developing and innovating within GS and navigating the global organization to develop scalable programs. - Using AI tools to accelerate training material development (content drafting, lab scripts, quiz creation) while maintaining Akamai's technical accuracy and brand standards.
