AI & Automation manager
HedepyWe simplify the path to psychotherapy for everyone. Through video call. We make it accessible, easy and prejudice-free.
Role Description Most "AI automation" roles end at a nice demo. This one doesn't. You'll build automation and AI systems that our Performance Marketing team actually runs on every week, and you'll make sure the data underneath them is correct before anyone trusts a number. Hedepy is a mental health platform connecting people with therapists across 9 markets. Our paid media runs across all of them, which means a lot of recurring manual work and a lot of metrics moving between ad platforms and our CRM that nobody has fully verified. Your job is to take the manual work off the team's plate, and to own whether the data those systems depend on is actually right. It's a hands-on building role embedded in the marketing team. You'll report to Hubert (Head of Performance) and work closely with Roman (COO). What you'll do - Build the automation layer. - Integrate our ad platforms, CRM and analytics. - Build automated monitoring, diagnostics, decision support and action workflows that cut the team's recurring manual work. - Ensure that anything that touches spend keeps a human in the loop: the system proposes, a person approves. - Guarantee the data is right. - Read and verify the SQL and data models the systems rely on, including ones other people wrote. - Judge whether each metric is actually computed the way we think it is, and catch the measurement issues before they drive a bad automated decision. - Get this working for Performance Marketing across our 9 markets first, then it becomes the blueprint we roll out to the rest of the company. Qualifications - You code in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and can read, write and debug independently, not just generate with AI. - Fluent in SQL with hands-on experience in a cloud data environment (e.g. BigQuery). - Production experience: you've shipped systems with testing, monitoring, logging, error handling and rollback that other people depend on. - Hands-on with LLM APIs and structured outputs, plus the judgment to spot when an AI output is unreliable and build a safeguard around it. - Built and maintained production-grade automations that integrate systems via API. - Fluent English (B2+), and native Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish or Romanian. Requirements - Advanced experience with low-code/no-code orchestration platforms (e.g., Make.com, n8n) as glue. - Strong understanding of Performance Marketing analytics. - Experience working with advertising platform APIs (Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API), GA4 and CRM systems. Benefits - Free psychotherapy sessions on Hedepy. - Remote-first work environment and async-friendly collaboration. - A lean, direct team where your work has a visible impact from day one. - International team from 10+ countries. - Cool team buildings and workations ☀️.
