Role Description Nous recrutons un Manager Commercial Full Remote (H/F) pour coordonner une équipe d'une douzaine de commerciaux, eux-mêmes 100% en télétravail, déployés à travers toute la France. L’intégration sera réalisée en présentiel sur le site de Montpellier et des déplacements ponctuels seront à prévoir. - Management et pilotage commercial : - Fédérer et animer une équipe pouvant aller jusqu’à 12 conseillers en formation basés en télétravail. - Définir et suivre les objectifs commerciaux individuels et collectifs. - Assurer le coaching quotidien de votre équipe pour les aider à performer et à progresser. - Développer les compétences de vos collaborateurs et favoriser leur montée en puissance. - Suivi de la performance & reporting : - Analyser les KPI de performance (conversion, rétention, satisfaction client…). - Mettre en place des plans d’actions pour maximiser la productivité et l’atteinte des objectifs. - Garantir un suivi rigoureux des leads et du pipe commercial via les outils CRM. - Optimisation et amélioration continue : - Identifier les leviers d’amélioration des performances commerciales. - Adapter et optimiser les process de travail en télétravail pour garantir efficacité et engagement. - Assurer une communication fluide avec la direction et les équipes transverses (marketing, relation apprenants, IT…). Qualifications - Minimum 3 ans en management commercial d'équipes à distance. - Reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à motiver, coacher et fédérer vos équipes. - Habitude de piloter des équipes sur objectifs et d’optimiser leur performance. - À l’aise avec le management à distance, capable d’instaurer une dynamique de travail efficace. - Capacité à gérer la pression et faire face aux challenges commerciaux.
