• Work embedded in a business squad, gaining deep knowledge of the area’s processes and mapping where AI delivers real, measurable value. • Design, build, and put into production AI agents and flows using the Plataforma Agêntica reference architecture and patterns (agent orchestration, MCP, connectors, Databricks Genie). • Prototype rapidly — from PoC to pilot to production — validating value with the business area and iterating each cycle. • Integrate agents with corporate data and systems: Databricks (Genie Spaces, Unity Catalog), Microsoft 365, Atlassian and domain systems. • Ensure solution quality: response evaluation, testing, observability, and continuous tuning of prompts and tools. • Operate within the governance, information security and LGPD guardrails defined by the COE AI, monitoring consumption and costs of delivered solutions. • Support AI training and adoption across business areas, including citizen development initiatives (Agent Maker).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science or related fields.
  • Experience in developing and delivering Data and/or AI solutions, including LLM use cases in PoCs and/or production.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with corporate data and systems.
  • Practical knowledge of at least one LLM platform (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) via API, including prompting, function calling/tool use and response evaluation.
  • Strong programming logic in Python and familiarity with consuming APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with data, preferably in Databricks.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on profile, autonomous and focused on delivering value.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or Machine Learning is a plus.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), connectors and agent architectures.
  • Experience with Databricks (Genie, Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI).
  • Previous experience in data or AI projects working alongside business areas.
  • Understanding of AI governance, information security and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
  • Experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in English to follow technical documentation and tools.
