Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging
- Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programs
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
- Experience in high-growth or Series B+ SaaS companies
