• Lead delivery of complex, high-value enterprise client implementations, managing engagements across multiple clients concurrently. • Full accountability for budget, timelines, scope, and quality commitments on each. • Coordinate and lead internal resources, third-party vendors, and partner organizations across complex global delivery models. • Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities across project teams and provide coaching and guidance to Engagement Managers. • Track and analyze project scope, schedule, and financial performance across engagements. • Exercise independent judgment on commercial decisions including change orders and scope adjustments. • Navigate escalations and complex client situations with executive-level stakeholders. • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executive stakeholders. • Champion Intapp’s delivery methodology and data quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years’ proven experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager role delivering enterprise cloud software implementations.
- At least 3 years managing high-complexity, high-value engagements in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors.
- Deep understanding of enterprise cloud software delivery, SaaS implementation patterns, and complex integrations.
- Ability to advise clients and internal teams on delivery approach and architecture tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority across large, distributed, matrixed teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual matrixed teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and diffuse conflict without confrontation.
- Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset.
- Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Agile, or other relevant program management certifications.
- Experience working with legal, accounting, consulting, risk, compliance, or other professional services organizations.
- Familiarity with Intapp’s product portfolio or comparable professional services software platforms is strongly preferred.
