• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. • Develop trusted relationships with customers and understand their scientific, operational and commercial needs. • Help customers identify the right products and services. • Proactively engage existing customers and uncover new opportunities. • Connect with customers through phone, video meetings and LinkedIn. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce. • Collaborate across different teams to improve customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, account management or business development is highly preferred.
- Confidence engaging customers proactively by phone, video and digital channels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A resilient, self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity to understand customers' challenges and translate them into valuable solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
