Recruitment Officer - Healthcare Sector

Role Description Le poste est 100 % en télétravail depuis le Maroc. Vous travaillerez avec nos équipes et nos gestionnaires basés au Canada tout en exerçant depuis le Maroc. Nous recherchons une personne autonome, rigoureuse, dynamique et capable de gérer un volume important de recrutements dans un environnement où les priorités évoluent rapidement. Vos missions - Recrutement (65 %) - Gérer simultanément un nombre important de postes à pourvoir dans le secteur de la santé. - Piloter l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la diffusion des offres jusqu'à la présentation des candidats aux gestionnaires. - Rédiger, publier et optimiser les offres d'emploi. - Effectuer un sourcing intensif sur Indeed et LinkedIn. - Réaliser les entretiens de présélection par téléphone ou visioconférence. - Développer et entretenir un vivier de candidats qualifiés. - Assurer un suivi rigoureux des candidatures. - Atteindre les objectifs de recrutement dans des délais courts. - Gestion administrative (35 %) - Constituer et vérifier les dossiers administratifs des candidats. - Contrôler les diplômes, permis d'exercice et autres documents obligatoires. - Préparer les dossiers au format PDF. - Envoyer les contrats et formulaires via des plateformes de signature électronique. - Effectuer les vérifications nécessaires auprès des ordres professionnels. - Assurer le suivi administratif quotidien des candidats. - Relancer régulièrement les candidats afin d'obtenir les documents manquants. - Garantir la transmission rapide de dossiers complets aux gestionnaires. Qualifications - Diplôme en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent. - Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement. - Expérience obligatoire en recrutement de masse, avec la gestion simultanée d'un volume important de postes. - Une expérience en agence d'intérim, agence de placement ou cabinet de recrutement est fortement souhaitée. - Excellente maîtrise d'Indeed et de LinkedIn pour le sourcing. - Expérience confirmée du recrutement à distance. - Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques. - Grande autonomie. - Excellent sens de l'organisation. - Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression. - Rapidité d'exécution et sens du détail. - Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication. Requirements - Expérience dans le recrutement de professionnels de la santé. - Connaissance du marché canadien. - Bonne connaissance des régions administratives canadiennes. Conditions de travail - Contrat freelance (prestataire de services). - Poste 100 % en télétravail depuis le Maroc. - Vous travaillerez avec des équipes et des gestionnaires basés au Canada. - Les horaires correspondent aux heures d'ouverture de nos bureaux canadiens : - 13 h à 22 h (heure du Maroc) pendant l'heure d'été canadienne. - 14 h à 23 h (heure du Maroc) pendant l'heure d'hiver canadienne. - Une disponibilité sur ces horaires est indispensable.
