Role Description We are expanding the footprint of brand Adrian Magnus across named territories in the US market and are looking for a driven B2B Sales Agent to open new commercial relationships and grow existing ones — remotely from Panama. This is a full-cycle outbound sales role. Role Description As a B2C Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager, you will lead our direct-to-consumer sales function. You will be responsible for supervising, scaling, and coaching a growing team of phone-based sales agents. This is a remote leadership role focused on delivering sales excellence through structured training, performance analysis, and KPI-driven management. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in phone sales, remote team supervision, and optimizing sales systems for the U.S. and European markets.
