Finance Analyst

Windigo Logistics LLC

Windigo Logistics is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, operational analytics, and business partnership across multiple Distribution Centers. This role helps ensure accurate and timely reporting while working closely with Operations, HR, Payroll, Accounting, and customer partners. Develop, maintain, and execute operational metric reporting. Support weekly site reporting, invoicing, and variance analysis. Analyze labor productivity, overtime, and incentive program impacts. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and rolling projections. Support accounting close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Provide data-driven insights to leadership. Improve reporting tools, SOPs, and finance processes. Maintain working knowledge of operational workflows, labor drivers, and productivity measures. Analyze invoices for accuracy and investigate variances. Maintain documentation and audit trails. Submit and track requests for pre-funding and pre-fund invoicing. Ability to forecast changes and communicate key drivers to all stakeholders. Strategic partner with Operations, Payroll, HR, Accounting and IT. Expected to cross-train in Payroll activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Financial Analyst: 3–5 years experience.
  • Senior Financial Analyst: 5+ years demonstrating strong independence.
  • Logistics or multi-site operations experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and accrual accounting.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Predominantly remote work, must live in Colorado, Arizona or Georgia for proximity to occasional travel to Distribution Centers.
  • Office environment with standard computer-based work.
  • Occasional travel and light physical activity.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000 + 10% bonus eligible.
