Enterprise Data Strategy & MDM Design MDM Architecture: Design the strategy and logical architecture for linking "Core Entities" including but not limited to Providers, Practices, Patients across the enterprise ecosystem to enable a holistic view of the business and to eliminate redundant manual workflows. Business Data Warehouse Design: Architect the centralized data hub within Snowflake, ensuring it is structured to support complex cross-functional reporting on revenue and performance. Automation Roadmap: Partner with the Integrations team to define how MuleSoft should be leveraged to automate data flows between systems (e.g., ensuring a signed contract in Ironclad triggers the appropriate data synchronization across Salesforce and financial systems). Lifecycle Mapping: Create end-to-end data flow diagrams that capture the full customer journey, identifying "golden record" sources for every data point. Cross-Functional Governance: Lead the effort to document and standardize business definitions of data. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders in Product, Security, Compliance, Growth, Provider Networks, and Finance. Data Cataloging: Leverage DataHub to build and maintain a comprehensive data catalog, ensuring technical and non-technical users understand data lineage, definitions, and ownership. Governance Framework: Establish the standards for data quality, security, and privacy in collaboration with the Security and Compliance (CRG) teams. Insights Readiness: Ensure the data architecture provides the BI team with clean, reliable, and well-documented datasets to drive analysis on business performance and success metrics. Technical Consulting: Act as the internal consultant for business units looking to integrate new data types or systems into the enterprise landscape. Organizational Scaling: Define the long-term vision for the Data Architecture function, including the future hiring plan and organizational structure as the complexity of our data ecosystem grows. Mentorship: Provide high-level technical guidance to engineers and systems analysts across the Enterprise Applications team. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Master Data Management (MDM), or Data Engineering Leadership. System Architecture: Broad and deep knowledge of modern enterprise stacks, specifically how business systems (CRM, ERP, CLM) interact to support a customer lifecycle. MDM & Integration Strategy: Proven experience designing master data strategies and integration patterns that bridge multiple departments to support automated data synchronization. Technical Proficiency: Deep architectural understanding of Snowflake (data warehousing) and MuleSoft (API-led connectivity/integrations). Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an MBA with a technical focus. Specialized Tech Stack: Hands-on experience leveraging DataHub for metadata management and building comprehensive data catalogs. Data Governance: Experience building formal governance frameworks and data dictionaries within highly regulated environments (e.g., Healthcare, HIPAA, or SOX compliance). Lifecycle Expertise: Specific experience mapping data flows across the lead-to-contract-to-billing lifecycle (Salesforce, Ironclad, and NetSuite). Team Leadership: Experience defining the organizational structure for a data architecture function and mentoring senior-level technical individual contributors. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare-specific data domains (Provider, Practice, and Patient data). Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Growth, Product) to reach consensus on unified data definitions. Problem Solving: Proven track record of taking manual, fragmented processes and architecting scalable, automated technical solutions. Communication: Highly skilled at translating complex data structures and technical roadmaps into business-centric language for executive leadership. Sitting for prolonged periods of time. This position is responsible for generating/maintaining accurate reports for the Division. Establishes and maintains report standards and procedures. These reports are used by the Division/Sections/Units and provided to Operations when necessary for budget purposes. Conducts effectiveness reviews to ensure systems are applied and functioning as designed. Reviews and reports to Division/Sections on unusual or questionable items, and suggests solutions. Develops and updates functional or operation manuals outlining established methods for software and legal practices in accordance with Division policy. Position also prepares files for archiving. Position maintains extensive, complicated, and confidential spreadsheet databases, and cross references with Legal Files. Audits monies received for cases, calculates interest, processes restitution distributions, and maintains judgments for CPA. This position is also needed in the Section for collection tasks that are not handled by the Bankruptcy, Collections, & Enforcement Section: tracks judgment balances and interest accruals; audits payment entries; distributes restitution and sends demand letters. May function as a project lead. Performs other related functions as necessary. This position may offer the ability to work remotely up to two days a week based upon the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
