Top Line Advisory

• Consolidate invoices and receipts and keep them well organized • Monitor invoice addresses and ensure their accuracy • Track outstanding items and follow up consistently • Prepare documents in tax-ready format for the tax advisor • Create outgoing invoices independently • Capture receipts digitally and file them properly

Job Requirements

  • Experience in accounting or receipt/document management
  • Confident use of Microsoft Word and common Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Solid basic understanding of invoices and tax fundamentals
  • Structured, reliable and able to work independently
