Role Overview Our client is a U.S.-based e-commerce that specializes in haircare and beauty products, particularly focusing on hair extensions, wigs, and related hair products. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to drive company-wide execution, enforce operational rigor, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver flawless results. This is not a task-tracking role — it’s an enterprise execution role. As the CEO’s execution partner, the Chief of Staff ensures alignment across Growth, Brand, Product, and Operations, while proactively removing bottlenecks that hinder scale. Your mandate is clear and demanding: - Launch initiatives on time, every time. - Assign clear ownership for every project. - Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for a high-potential operator who aspires to take on broader P&L responsibility in the future. This role is open to all United States residents. Your Responsibilities Core Responsibilities CEO Execution Partner - Translate CEO priorities into structured execution plans - Ensure strategic initiatives move from idea to implementation seamlessly - Maintain alignment across executive leadership - Surface risks early and drive solutions quickly Company-Wide Execution Discipline - Architect and enforce execution frameworks across departments - Ensure every initiative has clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes - Hold teams accountable to deadlines and commitments - Escalate issues that threaten execution velocity Expansion & Launch Infrastructure - Oversee execution of growth initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and new channel expansion - Build repeatable launch frameworks - Tighten timelines and eliminate friction across cross-functional efforts - Improve launch velocity without sacrificing quality Systems & Process Optimization - Audit workflows across departments - Standardize documentation and operational processes - Increase transparency into project status, risk, and resource allocation - Continuously improve systems for speed and clarity Organizational Alignment - Identify communication gaps and structural inefficiencies - Improve interdepartmental coordination - Strengthen accountability structures across leadership

Role Description The Chief of Staff role reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and is a high visibility position interacting directly with the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership team.
