We're hiring an SAP S/4HANA P2P Senior Consultant (Subcon) to deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions for global clients. • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with industry best practices. • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations. • Configure and support SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and integration with related modules. • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during developments, integrations, and testing. • Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities. • Provide functional leadership throughout project delivery while mentoring junior consultants when required. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. • Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices to continuously enhance solution delivery.

• Gather customer requirements and design and optimize processes • Support clients' SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management • Implement new functional and legal requirements through appropriate customizing • Advise and support business units in optimizing processes within the SAP HCM system landscape • Ensure cost-effective project delivery (in particular for year-end activities) • Support clients in day-to-day operations as part of 2nd Level Support

• You will participate in a four-month trainee program at our Heidelberg location. • You will support projects from business process analysis through implementation and training to go‑live support. • You will perform system configurations, design customer-specific developments and implement them in coordination with our development team. • You will take part in testing phases, including system tests and integration tests. • You will train end users in the use of SAP TM or SAP EWM and create documentation for implemented solutions. • You will actively contribute to shaping company and solution processes.
