Title: Contracts Manager Location: Leesburg, VA Job Description: The Building People, LLC, is seeking a Contracts Manager at our headquarters office in Leesburg VA. This position requires expertise in all phases of Federal Government contract administration, including but not limited to compliance, risk management, negotiation and quality control. Our rapidly growing firm currently employs more than 400 employees and the successful candidate will, with the Director of Contracts, be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual actions while setting the standard for quality delivery. Critical path items include the need to thoroughly review and provide input to Solicitations and Requests for Proposal, Contract award review, set up and administration (inclusive of the administration and negotiation of other various types of agreements such as subcontracts and consulting agreements) through contract closeout.
