• Support channel partners with software licensing and professional services opportunities by preparing quotes, responding to pricing inquiries, and assisting with proposal development. • Develop software sales quotes, professional services quotes, and margin analyses to support channel sales efforts and ensure transaction profitability. • Review software licensing requirements, vendor pricing programs, and Professional Services Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure transaction accuracy and readiness for processing. • Prepare and validate sales orders, purchase orders, pricing documentation, and supporting materials prior to submission for order processing. • Coordinate and track partner and client purchase orders through fulfillment, proactively managing communications and issue resolution until delivery is complete. • Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer products, pricing programs, licensing models, promotions, and vendor program updates. • Support channel communications and outbound partner engagement efforts, including product updates, scheduling meetings, partner outreach, and sales support activities. • Assist with Professional Services project tracking, client onboarding and offboarding activities, and coordination of MetaStor implementation-related administrative requirements. • Maintain channel partner portals, sales support documentation, CRM records, and operational reporting while keeping management informed of channel partner and direct client activity.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales support, software licensing, sales operations, deal desk, vendor management, partner operations, or related commercial support functions.
- Experience supporting software licensing transactions, technology solutions, managed services, or professional services sales.
- Knowledge of software licensing programs, subscription models, vendor pricing structures, and channel partner ecosystems.
- Experience preparing quotes, managing pricing requests, coordinating order administration, and supporting sales processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner requests, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, CRM (HubSpot), and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively support channel partners, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in pricing, quoting, documentation, and order preparation.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise software, document management, content services, workflow automation, or information management solutions.
- Familiarity with software publishers, channel distribution models, and professional services delivery environments.
- Experience reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating project administration activities, and supporting onboarding or implementation processes.
- Understanding of margin analysis, pricing models, and vendor incentive programs.
