• Design, develop, and implement custom end-to-end automation solutions across the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM. • Write complex Deluge scripts to connect various Zoho applications and handle data manipulation. • Create and maintain sophisticated workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to automate lead routing, sales processes, and reporting. • Architect and manage API integrations between Zoho and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow. • Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and optimize existing configurations for peak performance. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Specialist.
  • Mastery of the Zoho One ecosystem, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator.
  • Proficient in Deluge scripting and deep understanding of Zoho’s API structures.
  • Proven track record of building automated workflows that solve real-world business problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out complex logic flows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Zoho Certified Creator or Specialist certifications.
  • Experience with Zoho Analytics for advanced data visualization.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
