Role Description We are seeking a Hospitality Travel Coordinator to help create a positive and organized travel planning experience for clients. In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel services, communicating important travel information, and supporting clients throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, is highly organized, and values delivering excellent service. - Coordinate travel arrangements based on client preferences and travel needs - Provide timely communication regarding travel details, confirmations, and itinerary updates - Assist with organizing accommodations, transportation, and travel activities - Review travel information to ensure reservations and documentation are accurate - Work with travel suppliers to confirm services and scheduling - Maintain organized records while providing professional client support throughout the planning process Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines - Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment - Experience in hospitality, customer service, travel, or administrative support is preferred but not required Work Environment - Fully remote position - Flexible schedule based on client and business needs Training & Development - Comprehensive onboarding provided - Ongoing training and professional development resources available Compensation - Compensation is based on experience and performance - Additional details will be discussed during the hiring process
