Business Development Manager – Occupational First Aid
Safeguard Medical
• Build and strengthen customer relationships • Maintain ongoing dialogue with assigned accounts • Monitor satisfaction levels and report to stakeholders • Identify opportunities to grow product portfolio • Demonstrate and promote product utility to customers • Develop pricing and proposals for customers • Drive new revenue growth within assigned segment • Measure and monitor KPIs for assigned accounts • Collaborate with internal teams for strategic account efforts • Provide sales forecasts and develop growth strategy • Maintain knowledge of external industry issues • Execute new product launches and promotions • Participate in company training events • Plan, manage, and attend trade shows and industry events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years’ field sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota
- 2 years managing multiple key customer accounts of at least 1M+ in revenue
- Experience in Occupational first aid for at least 3 years
- Familiarity with medical terminology and devices beneficial
- Advanced computer proficiency including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong relationship building skills
- Sound judgment and analytical skills
- Ability to plan and forecast sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience planning and keeping organized with exceptional time management skills
- English language fluency required
- Must have reliable transportation for daily duties.
