Data Operations Analyst
The Org
As a Data Operations Analyst at The Org, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our extensive database of organizational charts. Your mission is to contribute to the creation of the most comprehensive and accurate repository of company org charts worldwide, leveraging our cutting-edge AI-powered tools and systems. Utilize The Org's AI powered tools and systems to construct, expand, and manage org chart data. Conduct in-depth research on complex organization and team reporting structures. Actively participate in various projects and implementations involving a wide range of stakeholders. Work closely with the product, engineering, and operations team to ensure data accuracy across the platform. Provide operational and data support for AI and Machine Learning initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of professional work experience.
- Recruiting/Executive Search, Expert Network, Research, or Business and Information Sciences background is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to tasks.
- Comfortable handling prolonged assignments and tasks requiring sustained focus.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Metrics oriented and data-driven.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or data analytics tools is a plus.
