THIS IS A WEEKEND SHIFT WORKING EITHER THURSDAY-SUNDAY OR SATURDAY-TUESDAY 10 HOUR DAYS What You'll Do: - Act as the primary point of contact for new, qualified leads, conducting consultative sales through video calls, phone calls & emails to understand their financial goals and challenges. - Articulate Facet's unique value proposition, clearly explaining our flat-fee membership model and how it differs from traditional, AUM-based financial advisory services. - Lead the entire sales cycle from initial discovery meeting to closing, effectively addressing objections and building trust with potential members in a remote setting. - Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. - Maintain meticulous records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities and progress.

The Director of Project Finance will lead the structuring and execution of financial models, investment analysis, and capital solutions for BaRupOn’s utility-scale energy and infrastructure projects. This leadership role will be instrumental in securing funding for the company’s 450MW power plant and other development initiatives by driving investor confidence, optimizing deal structures, and managing financial risk. Build and manage detailed financial models for project-level equity, debt, and blended financing structures Support capital raise strategy with scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and ROI analysis Collaborate with the CIO, legal teams, and technical engineers to prepare data rooms, investment decks, and term sheets Lead financial due diligence with investors, lenders, and third-party advisors Structure project financing including PPA-backed revenues, tax equity, mezzanine debt, and federal subsidies (IRA, LPO, etc.) Coordinate with legal counsel on financial documentation, loan agreements, and partnership structures Interface with EPC partners, government agencies, and utilities for financial risk assessments and payment flows Monitor project financing KPIs, compliance benchmarks, and investor reporting deliverables

• Own Pine’s monthly financial cadence, including consolidation, reporting, and executive reviews • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting across Pine and operating companies • Partner with operating company finance leaders to drive clarity and accountability to plan • Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities • Translate results into implications and recommendations for Pine leadership • Support executive decision-making with concise, well-structured financial narratives • Lead Pine’s annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the portfolio • Consolidate and communicate plans, forecasts, and key assumptions • Provide scenario analysis tied to business drivers as needed • Advance Pine-level financial and operational reporting capabilities • Improve automation, consistency, and usability of dashboards and reporting • Leverage Excel and business intelligence tools to increase visibility into performance drivers • Identify and support margin and performance improvement opportunities across the portfolio • Embed accountability into planning and performance discussions • Support financial onboarding and integration of newly acquired operating companies • Develop initial budgets and forecasts for new acquisitions • Ensure smooth integration into Pine’s ongoing financial cadence and reporting expectations
