The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Financial Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is a crucial role responsible for connecting with individuals and introducing them to the value of Facet's modern, comprehensive financial planning services. You will be a key player in expanding our member base, guiding prospective members through the sales funnel, and helping them understand how our flat-fee membership can transform their financial future. THIS IS A WEEKEND SHIFT WORKING EITHER THURSDAY-SUNDAY OR SATURDAY-TUESDAY 10 HOUR DAYS What You'll Do: - Act as the primary point of contact for new, qualified leads, conducting consultative sales through video calls, phone calls & emails to understand their financial goals and challenges. - Articulate Facet's unique value proposition, clearly explaining our flat-fee membership model and how it differs from traditional, AUM-based financial advisory services. - Lead the entire sales cycle from initial discovery meeting to closing, effectively addressing objections and building trust with potential members in a remote setting. - Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. - Maintain meticulous records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities and progress.
Job Requirements
- A Seasoned Sales Professional: You have 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a related field. You have a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- A Financial Services Expert: You have a strong understanding of financial planning concepts, including retirement, investments, insurance, and debt management.

- A Master Communicator: You are an excellent listener with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex ideas. You are comfortable building rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
