Role Description - 3+ years building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production (not only prototypes). - Strong Python proficiency (highest priority). - Strong JavaScript knowledge. - Experience designing and owning backend architectures and complete software workflows. - Experience with API development and integrations (REST, Webhooks, OAuth). - Experience with PostgreSQL (Supabase is a plus). - Experience working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or equivalent). - Ability to productize prototypes into scalable enterprise software. - Experience making architectural decisions independently. - Experience owning technical projects end-to-end. - Frontend development experience (React or Next.js). - Fluent English with excellent verbal communication. - Ability to collaborate with distributed international teams.
