• Supervise and actively train junior copywriters. • Conceive and write creatives for Facebook and YouTube campaigns with full autonomy. • Lead "offer assembly," defining the persuasive communication structure for ads. • Serve as a point of reference for creative reviews and approvals, ensuring only the best materials are deployed. • Act as the right-hand to the Senior and Chief when they are absent, covering responsibilities to prevent operational gaps.

Job Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of direct response copywriting
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Experience in direct response copywriting
