Transflo is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role is critical in driving strategic decision-making through advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and insightful analysis. You will partner with leadership to optimize financial performance and support long-term planning. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Own liquidity forecasting and debt covenant analysis, including monitoring leverage ratios and covenant compliance. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with business units to align financial goals and gather accurate data. Support annual budget and monthly forecast processes, including cause-of-change explanations. Monitor KPIs and business metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings. Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects/ad hoc requests.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst Consultant to support a large, active healthcare IT implementation. This role will work closely with project leadership, IT stakeholders, and external vendors to manage financial tracking, procurement activities, and project spend oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and has experience working directly with IS/IT vendors during complex implementations. Location is Baltimore, MD. If local, one day per week onsite is preferred. If not local, the preference would be for someone to be onsite one or two days per month, but that is flexible depending on level of skill set. Manage and track purchase orders (POs) associated with IT vendors and project services Monitor and reconcile vendor invoices against contracts and project budgets Maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting for implementation spend Support contract and vendor financial administration activities Track project financial performance and identify variances or risks Partner with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate spend management Assist with financial documentation, reporting, and audit readiness as needed Help maintain organized financial records within project tracking tools

You will work to support and enhance the quality of the credentialing functions. Positively impact provider experiences and member outcomes by ensuring provider data is maintained consistently and managing critical/complex data escalations to resolution. Communicate with providers and work collaboratively with other teams to provide efficient and thorough resolution by providing world class service. You will report into the Manager, Provider Credentialing. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Florida. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $61,851 - $81,180 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses. Maintain existing and incoming provider information to ensure accuracy and quality of the network by supporting complex non-standard provider information processing needs. Assist with administrative process improvements to enhance productivity. Provide ongoing training and support to Credentialing Operations team members. Conduct Primary Source Verification (PSV) and validate practitioner and facility credentials in compliance with NCQA standards. Support employees on the team of all levels through escalation research and resolution. Effectively communicate findings and resolutions with providers and internal departments inclusive of collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Manage queue work and assigned caseload through effective dashboard management while ensuring integrity of information entered into company and external systems. Support junior employees in queue management and prioritization. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
