Role Description Als Teil unseres Sales-&-BizDev-Teams stellst du sicher, dass envelio die Ausschreibungen gewinnt, die wir gewinnen sollten, und dass keine Opportunity durch Prozesslücken, uneinheitliche Qualität oder verpasste Fristen verloren geht. In einem Markt, der zunehmend durch regulatorische Anforderungen geprägt ist, werden Beschaffungsprozesse bei Verteilnetzbetreibern komplexer und häufiger. Du bringst Struktur, Qualität und institutionelles Wissen in unsere Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozesse. Als Bid Manager Smart Grid (all genders) arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Sales, Product, Legal und weiteren Teams. Du verantwortest den gesamten Tender- und Angebotsprozess — von der Go-/No-go-Bewertung bis zur finalen Einreichung — und erhöhst zugleich die Qualität unserer kommerziellen Angebote, damit jedes Angebot stärker wird. - Du verantwortest den gesamten Tender-Prozess — von der Go-/No-go-Bewertung bis zur finalen Einreichung. - Stellst sicher, dass jede Antwort strategisch priorisiert, teamübergreifend gut koordiniert und fristgerecht abgegeben wird. - Gestaltest die kommerzielle Story in Angeboten gemeinsam mit den Sales Consultants. - Erhöhst die Angebotsqualität über alle Deal-Typen hinweg. - Entwickelst und pflegst Standards für Angebotsstrukturen, Pricing Narratives und Value Propositions. - Baust envelios institutionelles Wissen rund um Ausschreibungen und Angebote auf. - Steuerst den gesamten Post-Submission-Prozess, inklusive Q&A-Koordination und strukturierter Win-/Loss-Reviews. Qualifications - Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Tender Management, Bid Management, Proposal Writing oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle — idealerweise im B2B-Software- oder Energieumfeld. - Fähigkeit, mehrere komplexe Prozesse parallel zu steuern, ohne Qualität, Fristen oder Stakeholder-Koordination aus dem Blick zu verlieren. - Sehr starke schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch. - Verständnis, wie kommerzielle Angebote funktionieren: Pricing-Logik, Value Argumentation, Risikoframing. - Kentnisse über Beschaffungsprozesse in regulierten Branchen. - Strukturierte, eigenständige und Deadline-orientierte Arbeitsweise. - Starkes Prozess- und Systemdenken sowie der Antrieb, skalierbare Workflows und Standards aufzubauen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern. - Neugier und Offenheit für den Einsatz von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag. - Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
