Role Description We invite an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our dedicated blockchain-focused engineering team and develop new components for a large-scale fintech data platform serving private markets. In this role, you’ll build tools and applications deeply integrated with customer chains while contributing to the core blockchain capabilities of our platform. Qualifications - 2-4 years of blockchain development experience with smart contracts, dApps, on-chain logic, or blockchain services - Experience implementing and testing smart contracts in production or near-production environments - Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, wallets, gas models, on-chain state, contract interactions) - Experience implementing direct blockchain interactions (contract calls, event handling, transactions, and error recovery) - Experience with blockchain developer tooling or integration layers (SDKs, MCP servers, chain interaction APIs) - Strong engineering fundamentals (clean code, testing, and debugging distributed systems) - Experience with at least one backend programming language and API development - Experience with Docker and microservices-based applications - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including explaining technical trade-offs - Motivation to build deep blockchain expertise Requirements - Desirable: Experience building backend services with Node.js/TypeScript or Python - Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain smart contracts, on-chain logic, and services connecting platform components to blockchain capabilities - Contribute to the blockchain developer tooling layer (MCP servers, chain APIs) supporting AI Agent and platform teams - Collaborate with the team lead and senior engineers on technical design - Own feature implementation from design through testing and deployment - Participate in code reviews and write automated tests - Maintain quality across on-chain and off-chain components - Troubleshoot transaction failures, contract interaction issues, and integration bugs across distributed systems - Document implementation details and contribute to technical diagrams as needed Benefits - 30 paid days off per year — take them whenever you want for rest days, holidays, or personal time - 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and 6 paid days off per year for major family events like weddings, funerals, or the birth of a child - Partially covered health insurance after the probation, plus a wellness bonus for gym memberships, sports nutrition, and similar needs after 6 months - Grow your skills with English lessons, online training, conferences, and the option to explore new career paths
