• Be responsible for implementing business processes in the OTC/SD module in SAP S/4HANA for international operations; • Have a holistic view of the processes currently in Brazil, identifying synergies and opportunities for international deployment; • Integrate with different teams to ensure cohesion of the processes to be implemented in SAP S/4HANA; • Navigate across squads, value streams and chapters, remove impediments, maintain a product mindset and drive the evolution of the product and the team; • Responsible for the technical-functional detailing of processes, defining the best solutions aligned with the technology architecture strategy; • Align with vendors to define technical specifications and to validate/test the implemented processes; • Structure technology processes to ensure ongoing operation and maintenance in SAP S/4HANA after implementation.

• Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP HCM solutions. • Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. • Validate end-to-end SAP HCM processes, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS. • Perform integration testing with connected SAP modules and third-party HR systems. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution, working closely with functional consultants and technical teams. • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide testing guidance. • Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and complete test coverage. • Prepare test documentation, test evidence, and status reports. • Contribute to test planning, risk assessments, and release readiness activities. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation requirements, and project methodologies.

• Lead and support SAP FI activities within a business separation project • Design and implement SAP Treasury solutions aligned with business requirements • Contribute to the target solution architecture for SAP Finance during the separation program • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions • Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI, Treasury, CO, and other SAP modules • Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, and impact assessments • Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and enterprise standards • Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable SAP Finance solutions
