Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the promotional products industry or a similar field is required; retail ops experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven ability to lead end-to-end project lifecycle for e-commerce and retail ops initiatives
- Expert project management and strong leadership skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior-level clients
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, managing budgets, and delivering results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools)
