• Review and moderate audio, video, and chat conversations as per platform guidelines. • Monitor user-generated content and interactions to ensure compliance with community standards. • Identify, investigate, and take appropriate action on inappropriate, abusive, harmful, or policy-violating content. • Escalate critical safety issues and high-risk cases to the relevant internal teams. • Audit recorded conversations to ensure quality, compliance, and policy adherence. • Document moderation decisions accurately and maintain detailed moderation records. • Assist in preparing periodic moderation reports and identifying recurring trends. • Support appeals and review requests by re-evaluating flagged content when required. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and user safety initiatives. • Stay updated on evolving Trust & Safety policies, moderation guidelines, and platform protocols. • Contribute towards creating a safe, respectful, and engaging experience for users across Dostt and Eaze.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Community Moderation, Customer Support, Quality Audit, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of community guidelines and online safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with sound judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in **English, Marathi & Hindi **Regional language (Read, Write & Speak mandatory).
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and computer applications.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency in moderation decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills : **
- Experience in Trust & Safety or platform moderation operations.
- Familiarity with social, audio-first, chat-based, or creator community platforms.
- Understanding of fraud prevention, abuse detection, and policy enforcement.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage high moderation volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Experience working with moderation dashboards, QA tools, or ticketing systems.
