Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our operational processes across Customer Operations, Finance, and internal business functions. In this role, you will work with large datasets, build reports and dashboards, investigate anomalies, support customer onboarding, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. What You'll Do - Customer Operations - Support customer onboarding and operational processes. - Maintain accurate customer and account information. - Investigate and resolve operational issues and data discrepancies. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support when needed. - Operations - Monitor operational processes and system performance. - Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support business decisions. - Investigate operational anomalies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. - Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and data quality. - Finance - Support operational aspects of billing and invoicing processes. - Validate data accuracy and assist with resolving billing-related discrepancies. - Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to improve operational workflows. - Marketing - Provide operational support for Marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed. Qualifications - Advanced SQL skills, including experience with BigQuery. - Strong experience building reports and dashboards using Metabase, Microsoft Power BI, or similar BI platforms. - Strong analytical skills with experience investigating data anomalies and inconsistencies. - Experience working with operational databases, monitoring tools, alerts, and system logs. - Knowledge of data validation, deduplication, domain matching, and ownership verification. - Understanding of billing validation and invoice reconciliation processes. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. - Experience using Jira or other ticketing systems. - Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders. - Experience working across multiple teams and departments. - Understanding of GDPR and personal data handling best practices. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
