Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Role Description Responsible for leading the paid media strategy across 11 international markets, acting as the key point of contact for both the client's central team and local market teams. This role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and performance oversight to ensure campaigns deliver against business objectives while maximizing return on investment. The role requires a highly analytical, commercially minded individual who can translate business goals into scalable media strategies while collaborating closely with planning, activation, and specialist teams. Responsibilities - Own the relationship with the client's central stakeholders while maintaining close collaboration with local market teams across 11 markets for Paid Media. - Monitor and oversee paid media performance across all markets, providing strategic recommendations based on data and business insights. - Provide hands-on campaign support for priority markets when required. - Develop data-driven optimization strategies focused on ROI, revenue growth, and media efficiency. - Identify performance opportunities through data analysis and communicate actionable recommendations to client teams. - Work closely with the Retail Media team understanding the client's Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecosystem, identifying opportunities to maximize performance across both business models. - Prepare and deliver strategic presentations, performance reviews, and business recommendations to senior stakeholders. Qualifications - Advanced Microsoft Excel - Adobe Analytics - Google Ads - Search Ads 360 (preferred) - Meta Ads Manager - DV360 / Programmatic platforms - PowerPoint Requirements - Proven experience in Paid Media strategy and performance marketing. - Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and commercial skills. - Experience managing international or multi-market clients. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience using Adobe Analytics to drive business decisions. (preferred) - Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) will be assessed by the Talent team during the recruitment process. Portfolio required, this one is non negotiable. - Comfortable writing across platforms and shaping the voice to each: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram video scripts. - Able to help direct a personal brand, not just take orders, and to write confidently across every content pillar. - A real grasp of direct response and what makes a person stop and read. - Native level English is essential. German is a bonus, not a requirement. Content is English only for now. - Daily, fluent use of Claude, already built into how you work. - Strong research instincts.
