Qualifications - 5+ років в динамічному середовищі — HR, COO (operations); - Досвід формування HR стратегії та команд; - Великий досвід в Talent Management; - Вміння оцінювати ефективність HR ініціатив через дані — великий досвід роботи з аналітичними даними та звітами; - Досвід роботи з Employer Brand; - Досвід розробки ефективних систем оцінки перформансу команд та гравців: цілепокладання і трекінг по цілям, аналітика перформансу організації; - Чудова письмова та усна комунікація; - Рівень англійської — Advanced+; - Вміння візуалізації процесів/структур; - Досвід роботи з фінансовою звітністю компаній — розуміти суть і природу показників.
