• Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with INSIS capabilities. • Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. • Configure and support solutions within INSIS PAS and/or BLC. • Design functional solutions that align business requirements with system capabilities. • Create functional specifications, process flows, business rules, user stories, and SIPOC diagrams. • Support product configuration, policy administration processes, and billing processes within INSIS. • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and support interface validation activities. • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for business users and stakeholders. • Participate in solution design sessions and proof-of-concept initiatives. • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution activities. • Assist clients in understanding and adopting INSIS business processes and functionality. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex insurance transformation initiatives.

• Analyze claims data to identify denial trends and operational bottlenecks • Perform in-depth investigation of complex claims issues, determining root causes • Provide actionable recommendations to support issue resolution, enhancements, and system improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile claims outcomes • Develop reporting, dashboards, and monitoring tools for leadership decision-making

• Supporting business, policy, and technical execution across functional domains within MMIS Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and/or the Medicaid Pharmacy environment. • Ensuring solutions align with CMS guidance, state policy, and documented business rules. • Leading and participating in requirements and design sessions with clients and internal teams to validate functional and technical needs. • Interpreting federal and state Medicaid policies and translating them into system configuration, product features, business rules, and design artifacts. • Developing and maintaining domain design documentation, including a comprehensive Design Document covering workflows, interfaces, X12 EDI transactions, letters, and reports. • Supporting operational readiness across environments, data, processes, and staffing.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the calculation of IRPJ and CSLL. • Translate regulatory and business needs into clear requirements for technology teams. • Work with squads to define, monitor, and validate deliverables. • Support the design and evolution of ONESOURCE BR ECF/REINF solutions. • Participate in agile ceremonies and monitor sprint deliveries. • Ensure alignment between business, product, and technology stakeholders. • Perform functional analyses, validate business rules, and conduct feature validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
