Job Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales with a proof of closing new business in FinTech or Crypto/Web3
- Understanding of payment economics: processing volumes, conversion rates, fee structures
- Fluent Russian & English (B2+/C1)
- Experience selling payment or infrastructure products is a strong advantage
