Role Description We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for a large-scale NextGen Procurement transformation program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting enterprise procurement and P2P implementations, developing change strategies, training, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans. This role requires the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent releases while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful enterprise-wide adoption. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end OCM activities across multiple enterprise procurement releases. - Develop and execute communication strategies, training materials, and user enablement resources. - Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments using ADKAR or similar methodologies. - Coordinate global change activities, communications, and deployment readiness across multiple regions. - Support enterprise rollout planning, governance meetings, and executive reporting. - Collaborate with business leaders, system integrators, and cross-functional teams to drive user adoption. - Manage localization efforts and maintain high-quality change management deliverables. Qualifications - 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. - 3+ years supporting Procurement, Supplier Management, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformations. - Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar. - Strong experience developing enterprise communications, training curricula, job aids, and stakeholder materials. - Proficiency with ADKAR or other structured change management methodologies. - Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects and global stakeholders. - Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-have Skills - Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or other Change Management certification. - Experience with Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Ironclad CLM. - Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations. - Experience with Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, or similar enterprise communication platforms. - Retail, consumer goods, or global procurement industry experience.
