Senior Talent Consultant
OneDigital
• Oversees candidate management in the online recruitment system including communications and candidacy updates • Creates and revises job descriptions for clients that accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities of the position • Posts jobs recommending the most appropriate career site and working within client budget • Performs passive sourcing of candidates utilizing social media networks and resume databases to search for and connect with potential clients • Strategizes on job sourcing and identifies opportunities for improvement to optimize the process • Reviews resumes to pre-screen candidates and coordinates interviews with Recruiters and Hiring Managers • Coordinates offer process including conducting reference checks, facilitating background checks and extending offers to candidates as well as ensuring that follow-up communications are provided to non-selected candidates as needed • Performs system administration for applicant tracking system (ATS) and runs reports to capture metrics and analytics for team and leadership meetings • Collaborates with Recruitment Team, attends daily briefings and participates in assessments of the recruitment process to optimize efficiency • Implements changes to process, forms, etc. based on feedback from team • Responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with recruitment vendors to ensure that their services meet our needs • Partners with Principal on cost negotiations and annual renewals • Researches topics and drafts/edits slides and other documents for monthly newsletters, marketing tools, webinars and toolkits, gathering and incorporating input from the team • Provides back-up coverage for Recruitment Consultants during vacations • Performs additional duties, as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ related experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Proficient knowledge of online meeting tools such as Zoom and Skype
- Experience with applicant tracking database systems strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs of management and clients and respond accordingly
- Superb client services skills and ability to work with all levels of candidates
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
