The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful implementation of regulatory and technology-driven changes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams - Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams - Support end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation - Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) - Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel) - Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management - Support change management activities, including documentation and training materials - Monitor project progress and assist in risk and issue management - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services - Experience in developing digital banking application - Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations - Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects - Ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively - Knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) - Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to Have: - Experience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiatives - Knowledge of payments, lending, or capital markets - Understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) - Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS - Screening call with the Recruiter - Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager - Client’s interview - Feedback/Offer #LI-HYBRID
