Key Responsibilities - Source, identify, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks on behalf of clients in the Recruitment & Staffing sector. - Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews in Dutch to assess language proficiency, motivations, and suitability for open vacancies. - Manage and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process. - Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and deliver candidates that meet their specific staffing needs. - Post compelling and SEO-optimised job advertisements in Dutch across multiple digital channels to attract top-tier talent for Dutch-speaking jobs in Spain and across Europe. - Track recruitment activity and candidate progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records at all times. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout their job search journey. - Contribute to team targets, KPIs, and monthly performance goals in a collaborative, results-driven recruitment environment. Qualifications - Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role. - Valid EU passport (mandatory). - Must be willing to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece (paid relocation). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for working with people in a recruitment or people-focused environment. - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely within Spain with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. - A positive, resilient attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow within the Recruitment & Staffing industry — no prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
