Role Description We’re looking for a Head of Operations / Director of Operations to own and scale LunaJoy’s operational engine end-to-end. This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling systems across clinical operations, care delivery, and revenue workflows. Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven virtual assistant to support our operations team. The position centers on insurance credentialing and patient referral management. You will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy, keep workflows on schedule, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a remote role that requires working U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central Time).
