Benefits - Salary: starting at $1,800 per month (negotiable based on experience) with a three-month trial period. - Salaries at YAMU are uncapped and periodically reviewed based on performance and market conditions. - This role has a clear path toward leading a UGC department as the function scales. - You will work directly at a remote-first company that values doing things right. - Opportunity to see the full picture of how a high-performance team gets built. - Become part of a team of smart, open-minded people. - Plentiful opportunities to grow into leadership roles. - Supportive, flexible work arrangements for work-life balance. - Start-up environment with quick decision-making and an honest, open culture. - Commitment to life-long learning and internal promotions.
