• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support the firm's growth objectives. • Plan and coordinate campaigns across multiple digital channels. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. • Manage campaign priorities, timelines, and marketing calendars. • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. • Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics. • Analyze results and recommend improvements that maximize marketing performance and return on investment. • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and aligned with business objectives. • Execute email marketing campaigns that support lead nurturing and client engagement. • Maintain organized CRM data to improve communication and marketing effectiveness. • Support marketing automation initiatives that strengthen the client journey. • Improve engagement through targeted communication strategies. • Coordinate the development of marketing content for digital campaigns, websites, email communications, and social media. • Write clear, compelling marketing copy aligned with the firm's brand and business objectives. • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and messaging. • Support initiatives that strengthen the firm's online presence and reputation. • Coordinate external marketing vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations. • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations. • Track key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness. • Recommend process improvements that increase operational efficiency and marketing results.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Marketing Management.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies, not solely content creation or social media management.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Practical experience with paid advertising on Meta and/or Google Ads.
- Experience with email marketing, CRM management, and lead nurturing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition.
- Experience coordinating and managing external marketing vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English (C1) required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
