• Manage performance against clinical and operational metrics • Lead, motivate, and drive accountability for a team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers • Prepare, review and analyze performance and health outcome reports to identify areas requiring attention and improvement and acting quickly to resolve known issues • Plan staffing schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity • Assist in the hiring of clinical staff members • Execute corporate and regional strategy to deliver quality patient care • Perform other duties as assigned • Uphold the mission and values of Monogram Health in all respects
Job Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Experience supervising nurses, nurse practitioners, and social workers
- Proven accountability for performance and driving results
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 3+ years previous experience working in Managed Care or Delegated Risk Partnerships
