• Technical point of contact for enterprise customers across various industries • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Development • Analysis of complex customer environments and identification of automation potential • Development of scalable, secure and high-performance solution concepts • Conducting product demonstrations, proofs of concept and technical workshops • Supporting the sales process, particularly in preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs • Structured relaying of customer feedback to Sales and Product teams

Role Description The Kinaxis Rapid Response Architect will be responsible for: - Having a career spanning 10+ years of overall experience. - Strong experience (Min 2+ years) in working with Kinaxis Rapid Response. - 4 - 6 years of experience in the functional domain of Supply Chain Management & Supply Chain Planning. - Knowledge across all modules of supply chain planning, including: - Sales and Operations Planning - Demand Planning - Supply Planning - Inventory Management - Participation in process design activities and development of Kinaxis solutions based on business requirements. - Working on incident and problem management related to Kinaxis RR functional and technical issues. - Minimum Level 1 Author and Administrator Certification with Kinaxis. - Experience configuring solutions in Rapid Response and creating workbooks & reports. - Ability to create Qlik Sense and QlikView reports using Kinaxis extracted datasets and additional master data elements. - Good communication skills. - Good to have: Experience in DB2 & knowledge of cloud platforms and ETL tools.
