As the volume of content continues to grow across both entertainment and live events, we’re looking for passionate Data Editors to help us build, maintain, and improve our database — ensuring that our clients and their viewers receive accurate, up-to-date, and engaging content worldwide. Whether it’s sports events or movies and TV series, you’ll play a key part in making sure our data is structured, reliable, and ready to power great viewing experiences for audiences around the world. - Research and create detailed data entries for sports events, tournaments, and leagues. - Spot and create new programs in the database where needed. - Conduct research and find all background information about Sports Events. - Ensure identical and duplicate programs are merged. - Double check your work and correct any outstanding inconsistencies. - Ensure that the data sets the customers receive are complete, on time, and twice error free. Qualifications - Basic knowledge of major European Football Leagues and major international sports events (Tennis Grand Slams, NBA, Formula 1, NFL, Olympic Games, Tour de France). - University degree in a relevant area (e.g., Sports Management, Journalism, Business, or Data). - Exceptional written and spoken English skills. - Highly structured and detail-oriented — you spot errors from a mile away. - Comfortable working with data, databases, and online research tools. - Are very comfortable with data search, computers, and databases. - Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Motivated to learn new tools and processes every day. - Collaborative mindset — you enjoy working in an international team. - Passionate about metadata, sports, and delivering great user experiences. • Edit and deliver high-quality long-form YouTube videos and multicam podcast content, ensuring strong pacing, story flow, visual continuity, audience retention, and overall watchability. • Manage end-to-end podcast editing workflows, including three-camera setups, picture and audio syncing, camera selection, timeline management, and final output preparation. • Create engaging social media cutdowns from long-form content, including highlights, captioned clips, short-form videos, and platform-ready assets. • Perform post-production enhancements including audio clean-up and balancing, motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, captions, transitions, and branded visual elements as required. • Prepare, export, and optimise content for YouTube, podcast video, social media, and other distribution channels while maintaining consistent quality and brand standards. • Organise and manage footage, project files, audio assets, graphics, templates, captions, exports, and editing resources while adhering to established workflows, file structures, naming conventions, and deadlines. • Collaborate with editorial, content, production, and creative teams to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, identify workflow improvements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

• Assist managing editors with the preparation of materials for key seasonal meetings • Input data for new acquisitions and maintain title information in title management system • Coordinate and distribute information relating to sales materials, as well as book assets such as typeset passes and art • Attend weekly supply chain meeting and traffic reprint updates for all imprints, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to production • Coordinate cataloging-in-publication data applications to the Library of Congress with editorial assistants, and submit preassigned control number applications for all remaining titles for each season • Act as production editor on select titles as needed
