Role Description Se busca un/a profesional creativo/a, versátil y orientado/a a resultados que lidere la presencia digital de la marca y ejecute estrategias de generación de leads a través de redes sociales y email marketing. Ubicación: Todas las ciudades de Argentina Modalidad: Remoto Contrato: Contractor | Termino indefinido desde el primer dia de ingreso! Horario: Lunes a Viernes | 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (PST) - Fines de semana libres Funciones - Crear, gestionar y optimizar campañas en Meta (awareness → conversión) - Definir audiencias avanzadas (custom, lookalikes, retargeting, segmentación) - Monitorear rendimiento diario y optimizar creativos, copies y pujas - Administrar Meta Business Manager (pixel, eventos, tracking) - Generar reportes claros con insights accionables - Trabajar con equipos internos en campañas y promociones - Asegurar cumplimiento con políticas de publicidad financiera Qualifications - Inglés B2 (conversacional y escrito) - +3 años manejando campañas en Meta Ads - Experiencia comprobada generando leads o conversiones - Manejo de datos (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) - Experiencia en fintech, real estate o industrias reguladas (ideal) - Proactividad y autonomía (trabajo remoto / multi-campañas) Skills que suman puntos - Diseño de piezas (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop) - Creación de funnels y campañas de lead generation - Experiencia con CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
