About this role: The Lifecycle Solutions Program Manager oversees North America equipment upgrades, driving growth and performance in alignment with Carrier’s Aftermarket Lifecycle strategy. This role combines strategic goal setting, digital insights, and proactive market engagement to support sales teams and ensure successful project execution. Collaboration with Sales Managers, Area Manager, Solution Development Engineers, and Sellers is essential for achieving growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Program Development & Growth Execution: Set and execute measurable market-level goals aligned with business objectives. Track adoption rates and adjust strategies to meet growth targets. Identify market trends and develop actionable solutions. Maintain a comprehensive opportunity target list to achieve financial target. Use Salesforce to monitor pipeline and sales performance. Sales Enablement & Program Adoption : Collaborate with marketing and engineering to create sales tools (scripts, brochures, templates). Provide direct sales support for owners, facilitating scope development and equipment replacement projects. Cross-Functional Leadership & Reporting : Lead initiatives to enhance BUR growth and profitability. Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports. Communicate objectives and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. Foster accountability and innovation through feedback and idea exchange. Required Qualifications: Associates degree 5 + years of experience in Business Development/Sales Operations 3 + years of experience in service management software, CRM platforms, and/or data analytics. Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada (25%-50%) Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree Experience in Commercial HVAC industry preferred Salesforce experience preferred Proven leadership in large-scale programs/projects. Strong organizational and communication skills for multi-market coordination and leadership reporting. This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is $146,750–$205,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
