Role Description This role owns campaign execution from brief approval through launch. You take a campaign brief and drive it all the way to market: - Build the asset plan - Sequence the work - Extract insight from SMEs - Write the content - Brief design and digital - Hold the timeline - Ensure deliverables meet the standard Signant's audience expects This is a highly hands-on role — you are the connective tissue across every function that touches a campaign. Writing is the core capability that makes this possible. You produce: - Campaign narratives - Landing pages - Ads - Emails - White papers - Social content - Sales enablement - Video scripts Signant's buyers are highly specialized — clinical scientists, biostatisticians, VPs of Clinical Operations, and executive decision-makers running complex global trials. Content needs to stand up to expert scrutiny while remaining clear and accessible. You also use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality, and structure content to earn presence in AI-generated answers as well as traditional search. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated capability - 5+ years of B2B content and campaign execution experience with end-to-end ownership across multiple formats and channels - Proven ability to own a campaign from brief to publish: building the asset plan, coordinating contributors, managing timelines, and delivering quality without constant oversight - Full-spectrum writing ability across campaign formats, producing polished, publication-ready content directly - Strong project management instincts; comfortable managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and trade-offs under time pressure - Ability to write with clinical and scientific credibility for specialist audiences — VPs of Clinical Operations, CMOs, biostatisticians, Principal Investigators — within a validated claims environment - Strong SME management skills, from structuring expert interviews to validating technical content without turning SMEs into editors - Fluent use of AI as a production and research tool, with clear judgment on where human editorial oversight is required - Ability to interpret campaign performance data and use it to make content and sequencing decisions - Strong editorial instinct and point of view on what earns attention and delivers value for the audience Requirements - Background in life sciences, clinical research, health technology, or similarly complex, regulated industries — eClinical experience a strong plus - Experience writing content that must withstand expert scientific or clinical scrutiny, including environments where claims require source attribution and commercial review - Familiarity with SEO/AEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs) and use of generative AI tools as part of a daily production workflow - Experience managing or mentoring writers and contributing to shared editorial processes or playbooks Benefits - Your work has real impact, helping advance clinical research and bring new treatments to patients faster - Collaborative, global environment where you can grow your career while working alongside experts across clinical, technology, data, and operations - Opportunities to learn, take ownership, and drive meaningful innovation - Purpose-driven work with smart colleagues
