Role Description Este asociado intermedio gestiona las actividades diarias que conectan a participantes con el apoyo recibido, asegurando comunicaciones claras y de calidad dentro de los sistemas y estándares de Compassion. Su labor incluye procesar recursos clave de comunicación para programas de campo como patrocinio infantil, supervivencia infantil y juventud, y puede orientar a otros Asociados de Apoyo a Donantes Patrocinadores. - Vivir y promover los valores cristianos de Compassion, con un firme compromiso con la protección integral de la niñez y el cumplimiento del Código de Conducta. - Coordinar y procesar recursos de comunicación entre simpatizantes, participantes y socios de la iglesia, asegurando calidad, precisión y alineación con los estándares institucionales. - Gestionar, registrar y organizar documentación y correspondencia de niños, programas madre‑niño y estudiantes dentro de los plazos establecidos. - Revisar, aprobar o rechazar información recibida, garantizando la exactitud de los datos y el correcto flujo de información hacia marketing y otras áreas. - Colaborar con oficinas de campo y equipos internos en actividades relacionadas con programas, marketing y relaciones externas. - Ingresar y mantener datos en los sistemas institucionales, generar reportes y administrar archivos electrónicos. - Identificar brechas en procesos y sistemas, apoyar el fortalecimiento de capacidades del personal de la iglesia y brindar asesoría técnica básica a otros colaboradores. - Proporcionar apoyo administrativo general y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procesos y estándares de Compassion. Qualifications - Profesional en Administración de empresas, Informática, etc. (abiertos a profesionales técnicos o que se encuentren estudiando). - 3+ años de experiencia en trabajo con comunidades rurales y sociales. - 3+ años de experiencia en procesamiento de datos. - Dominio de MS Office, especialmente Excel intermedio - avanzado. - Inglés intermedio o conocimiento de Miskito, Mayagna. - Licencia de conducir moto lineal o auto. - La educación, la formación, la experiencia y/o la certificación equivalentes pueden sustituirse por cualquiera de las calificaciones mínimas mencionadas anteriormente. Requirements - Ubicación: Para residir en Caribe Norte (Siuna, Rosita o Bonanza), Nicaragua. - Ambiente Laboral: Trabajo remoto. - Exigencias físicas: Sentado, de pie y/o caminando de lunes a viernes de 8:00am a 5:00pm. - Requisitos de viaje: Se puede requerir viajar hasta el 40% del horario normal en entornos no estándar en lugares rurales, semi-rurales y subdesarrollados.
