Senior Clinical Budget Analyst

ICON plc

• Analyzing and developing pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and project requirements • Collaborating with clinical operations, finance teams, and investigators to gather data, assess cost structures, and develop accurate pricing models • Conducting financial analysis and benchmarking to evaluate pricing competitiveness and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements • Preparing detailed pricing reports and documentation, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and financial planning • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to pricing and financial management in clinical trials

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy development, or cost management, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector
  • Proven ability to analyze complex cost data, develop pricing models, and provide actionable insights for financial decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
